Order
Where can I find my order number?
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase. It begins with the symbol # and is followed by 6 digits.
You will also find your order number in the shipping confirmation you receive after your order is shipped.
Can I still cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, except for items currently in production.
Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned.

Can I modify my order?
For security reasons, no changes are possible to an order once your payment has been validated.
Also, we will not be able to make a change to the delivery method once the order has been placed.
How long will it take to prepare my order?
The production of the items begins after purchase, which is why the delivery times may be longer depending on the number of orders. However, we are committed to shipping your items as quickly as possible within a maximum of 30 days.
How can I track my order?
A message indicating the parcel tracking number is sent directly to your email address when your order is shipped.
If you can't find it, check your spam. Otherwise, contact us via the contact form or by email at the following address: malbano@alba-designparis.com, indicating the number of the order concerned.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time of your package is managed solely by the carrier you selected when ordering. We cannot confirm a specific delivery date.
How much time do I have to collect my Mondial Relay package?
You have 7 days to collect your parcels from a relay point and/or lockers. Your parcel will be delivered to you against proof of identity.
After this period, your package will be returned to sender. We will be unable to resend it. You will then have to wait for it to be received at our premises so that we can proceed with your refund.
Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?
Depending on the destination, there are indeed customs fees upon receipt of the package. The amount is variable and depends on the selected country. These taxes are applicable by the customs of the destination country.
Return & Withdrawal
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to request the return of one or more items.
If the order is returned beyond this legal deadline and/or without tracking information, your refund cannot be made.
Please note that we do not do exchanges, only refunds for returned items.
Upon receipt of the package at our premises, the refund will be made using the payment method used for your order, excluding delivery costs and return costs.
Please do not group returns: 1 order = 1 return procedure.
How can I return my order?
If you wish to return an item, here are the steps to follow:
Check the return conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless proven to be defective.
Contact us to initiate the return:
- By email : Send a message to malbano@alba-designparis.com indicating your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return.
- By WhatsApp : Click here to send us a message directly.
Prepare your package:
- Pack items carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
Ship your return:
- Return costs are your responsibility.
- You must provide us with the tracking number of the package.

Refund :
- Once the items are received and checked, we will process a refund. This will be done within 14 days of receipt.
